Xperia C gets a minor update to build 16.0.B.2.13

The Sony Xperia C (C2305) is now receiving a minor firmware update that moves the build number from 16.0.B.2.6 to 16.0.B.2.13. The changelog is unknown right now, although we hope it finally quashes the battery bug that has plagued the handset with severe drain below 30%.
